Our Exchange Policy
We at Lowveld Trails Co. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, we offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery of your order.
In order to qualify for an exchange, the product/s must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. The garment/s need to be returned in the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
To request an exchange please email us with the details of your order.
The shipping costs relating to the exchange will be at your own expense.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges on sale or mark-down items.
Our Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase and do not wish to exchange the product for something else, you are required to “request a refund” for your order within 14 days of delivery. A refund will only be accepted if the garment/s are undamaged, unworn and unwashed. The garment/s need to be returned in the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.

Following the return of the garment/s to Lowveld Trails Co. and our approval of your request for refund, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
The shipping costs relating to the return will be deducted from the total value of your refund amount (if applicable).
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale or mark-down items.
Defective or Damaged Product
If you should receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it.
